At Montavilla Community Acupuncture (MCA), we offer both private and community acupuncture. Services include:

Individual Appointments
Rates for a private acupuncture appointment range from $90-110/office visit when payment is made at time of service. Appointments typically last 50 minutes. Appointments are available Tuesday through Friday. To schedule an appointment, call our cell phones (Mia: 503-539-9180). We can also do billing for Worker’s Comp cases as well as Personal Injury (PIP)/motor vehicle accident cases. You do not need a referral to see us for Worker’s Comp and PIP injuries, and we are more than happy to work with any healthcare professionals you are seeing.
Community Acupuncture
Rates for acupuncture in a group setting are $35/person (cash or check only) for a 50-minute session during our community acupuncture hours. APPOINTMENTS ARE ALL THROUGH ONLINE SCHEDULING. Please wear comfortable clothing and have eaten within 1-3 hours prior to getting acupuncture.

Private Groups
We can also arrange private groups at other times if you and your friend, family member, co-worker or other individuals want to make your own group at time other than our usual community acupuncture hours.
We offer the following rates for private community acupuncture groups:
- 2-person group is $45/person
- 3-person groups and up is $40/person
Insurance
We can do billing for a variety of health insurance programs, including:
- BlueCross BlueShield
- Moda
- Providence
- Pacific Source
- Kaiser Permanente
- United Health Care
- Others
If you have health insurance with acupuncture benefits, please call our office at 503-539-9180 to see if we can accept it. We can bill for you for Worker’s Comp and Personal Injury (PIP) cases, too.
